AfterOur Process
Identify
With the help of our partnering social service agencies, we identify a client rebuilding their life after homelessness. This individual or family has secured stable housing and is in need of furniture and household essentials.
Program
Our clients complete a questionnaire as our team schedules a site visit and holds conversations with case managers.
Acquire
All furniture and household items are handpicked from community donations and personalized to the specific needs of each client.
Deliver
Home delivery and installation of furniture and goods are provided by a team of volunteers.
Transform
Empty spaces convert into comfortable, functional and inviting homes.
